1. Nonprofit Status

 Warriors Watch Recovery Alliance (“Warriors Watch,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. Warriors Watch is intended to qualify as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. 

 Warriors Watch Recovery Alliance is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. EIN: 39-4971701. 

 Except where otherwise expressly restricted in writing by Warriors Watch, contributions may be used where most needed to support the organization’s charitable mission, programs, operations, and future growth. 

2. Terms of Website Use

 By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms and to use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not use this site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, interfere with, or impair the website or interfere with any other person’s use of the website. 

Prohibited Conduct

  • Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any website form.

 Warriors Watch places a high value on privacy, discretion, and the protection of those it serves. Warriors Watch does not accept insurance and does not contract with insurance carriers. Our programs are funded through donor support, allowing us to remain independent from insurance billing requirements and focused on the needs of those we serve rather than the demands of insurers. 

 Because Warriors Watch does not bill insurance carriers, we are not required for reimbursement purposes to submit clinical records, diagnoses, treatment notes, or similar private information to insurance companies. This structure is intended to strengthen confidentiality and reduce barriers to seeking help. 

 Website visitors should not submit highly sensitive medical, mental-health, or personally identifying information through ordinary website contact forms or standard email unless specifically directed to do so through a secure process. 

5. Donations, Receipts & Refunds

 Donations made through this website support Warriors Watch Recovery Alliance and its charitable mission. Donations may be processed by third-party fundraising or payment providers. By making a contribution, you may also be subject to those providers’ terms, privacy policies, and processing practices. 

Tax Receipts

 For donors who provide sufficient contact information, Warriors Watch intends to provide written donation acknowledgments or receipts in accordance with applicable law and platform capabilities. 

Quid Pro Quo Contributions

 If a donor receives goods, services, event benefits, sponsorship benefits, or anything else of value in exchange for a payment, only the amount exceeding the fair market value of those goods or services may be deductible, if otherwise allowed by law. In that situation, Warriors Watch may provide a written disclosure describing the good-faith estimate of the value provided. 

Refund Policy

 If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us promptly at info@warriorswatchrecovery.org. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Warriors Watch reserves the right to decline refund requests once funds have been processed, distributed, committed, or used for charitable purposes, except as required by law. 

No Guarantee of Tax Deductibility Language

 Donors should consult their own tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any contribution and any recordkeeping requirements that may apply to them. 

6. Charitable Solicitation Notices

 Charitable solicitation laws vary by state. If Warriors Watch solicits donations in any state that requires charitable registration, notice filings, or specific website disclosures, Warriors Watch will comply with the applicable requirements to the extent required by law. 

7. Public Disclosure of IRS Filings

 If required by law, Warriors Watch will make available for public inspection the organization’s IRS exemption application and annual information returns as required under applicable federal law.
