At Warriors Watch Recovery Alliance, we are building something that does not currently exist—a private, donor-funded recovery model designed to protect the dignity, careers, and lives of veterans, first responders, and active-duty service members.
We are currently expanding our Founding Board of Directors and are seeking a small number of highly aligned individuals who are called to help guide this mission at the highest level.
The Board of Directors of Warriors Watch Recovery Alliance provides leadership, oversight, and long-term stewardship for the mission. Together, the board helps ensure the organization is governed with integrity, disciplined growth, financial accountability, and an unwavering commitment to those we serve.
Warriors Watch Recovery Alliance is being built to serve veterans, active-duty military, and first responders with dignity, confidentiality, and mission-driven excellence. The Board of Directors plays a critical role in protecting that vision. Board leadership provides oversight of the organization’s strategy, financial stewardship, legal and ethical accountability, and long-term direction as Warriors Watch grows from its Arizona foundation toward a national footprint.
More than a formality, the board exists to safeguard the mission, strengthen public trust, and ensure the organization grows with discipline and purpose. Each director brings experience, perspective, and a shared belief that those who serve deserve a place to heal without fear.
"The role of the board is not simply to oversee an organization. It is to protect the mission, earn trust, and help build something worthy of lasting support."
The Board of Directors helps guide Warriors Watch with clarity, accountability, and long-term vision.
Warriors Watch is committed to board-level oversight that reflects the seriousness of the mission and the trust placed in the organization by donors, partners, and those it serves. The board is expected to operate with professionalism, discretion, and a high standard of fiduciary care.
This includes thoughtful decision-making, consistent governance practices, and a willingness to protect the mission over convenience. As the organization grows, the board will remain central to maintaining integrity, continuity, and public trust.
