Alpha Phase: Building the First Home

 Warriors Watch was created to meet a real and urgent need for veterans, active-duty military, and first responders seeking confidential, mission-driven support. The vision is clear, the need is real, and the model has been designed. What we are building now is the foundation that will allow the mission to open its doors. 

 At this time, Warriors Watch does not yet have a residential home open for client placement. We are in the process of raising the capital necessary to secure our first property, complete the required setup, and prepare the environment to serve clients with the level of dignity, confidentiality, and excellence the mission requires. 

 Warriors Watch is not currently admitting clients into a residential home because our first location is still being funded and developed. Our present focus is securing the capital needed to make that first home a reality. 

 Funding the first home means building more than a physical space. It means creating the foundation for the entire model. 

• Acquisition or lease of the first home in the Phoenix Valley
• Property improvements, furnishings, and mission-specific setup
• Operational infrastructure, systems, and launch readiness
• Clinical, therapeutic, and peer-support environment development
• Licensing, compliance, and administrative groundwork as applicable
• Initial staffing, training, and startup expenses

 Warriors Watch is being built intentionally. Rather than rushing into a location that does not fully reflect the mission, we are focused on securing the right foundation from the beginning. The first home matters because it will establish the standards, trust, and credibility that future expansion depends on. 

 We believe those we serve deserve an environment built with purpose, privacy, and excellence—not something temporary or incomplete. Raising the capital first allows us to launch the right way. 

 If you are a supporter, donor, referral source, or community partner visiting this page, we want to be transparent: Warriors Watch is still in the build phase. We are not yet placing clients into our first home because the home is not yet open. 

 What we are doing now is laying the groundwork, building awareness, and inviting those who believe in the mission to help make the first location possible. Every step taken now is part of turning the vision into a fully operational program.
